Future City Phase One has launched

Future City in west Baghdad is an integrated project with 25,016 residential units.

Phase One launched on 13 Jun 2026 with a Rent-to-Own option and includes five villa models: Daphane, Arcadia, Callista, Familia and Luna.

Anyone interested can browse the models, calculate a payment plan and reserve a plot in the app, or visit Modon sales centers in Baghdad.
